Types of marriage

family

Cross-cousin marriage is a marriage arranged between children of brothers or sisters, that is, between cousins connected by a blood relationship through their parents. Marriages between cousins still exist, but their number is also declining: during the Soviet period and at present, the state opposes such marriages.
